Founder/CEO

With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development—most of it in the tech and broadband world—Patrick is the guy who helps small businesses find momentum and keep it. He’s known for his ability to see both the big picture and the tactical path to get there.

Outside of work, you’ll find him on the golf course, volunteering on the football field, out by the lake, or keeping up with his kids—Maddie, Kaylee, and Cameron—alongside his wife, Becky. When the day winds down, a good bourbon isn’t far off. His style? Work hard, play hard, and always put family first.

Alex Hardy

Client Success

Alex brings more than a decade of marketing experience and is the go-to point person for every Croft client. From kickoff calls to final deliverables, she keeps projects moving forward and clients in the loop. She’s equal parts detail-oriented and genuinely invested in your success, which means when Alex is on it, you don’t have to be.

Known for turning “meh” into “wow,” she makes sure the strategy is smart and the process is smooth. When she’s not thinking through your next big move, she’s probably thinking about catching some fish. Sometimes she’s even thinking about your next big move while catching fish.

Michael Croft

Creative & Fulfillment

Michael is a seasoned designer with more than 20 years of experience across digital marketing, social media, print, and web design. He’s the creative engine behind many of the visuals and builds that bring our clients’ brands to life.

Whether it’s a campaign or a website, Michael combines strategy with style to get it right. Outside the office, he’s often off the grid—trail running, hiking, fishing, or camping with his wife Michelle and their five kids. Adventure fuels him, but home is where his heart is.

Nakhim Sovann

SEO/Technical Marketing

With nearly a decade of experience in marketing teams across several industries, Nakhim is a master of all things digital marketing—paid ads, nurturing campaigns, SEO, you name it. But he doesn’t just run campaigns; he builds the foundation they thrive on.

With a background in web development, he creates the seamless, high-converting websites and systems that turn traffic into leads and leads into revenue. When he’s not engineering growth strategies, you’ll find him unwinding on the soccer field, mapping out his next road trip with his wife, or hunting down the best new food spots to try together.

Rachel is our content queen and the creative force behind much of the photo, video, and social content. With over four years of experience, she helps brands show up online in a way that feels natural, confident, and true to who they are.

From lifestyle shoots to high energy campaigns, Rachel has created content in just about every setting you can imagine. She has a knack for spotting the moments that work on camera and is often behind the lens giving just enough direction to make things feel easy.She loves bringing ideas to life, brainstorming short & long video concepts, and capturing moments that stop the scroll.Outside the office, you’ll find her thrift shopping with a coffee in hand or spending time outdoors fishing or hiking.
